Tracey Furness / CEO of Lifestyle Charters
Tracey started her first Charter Company in 1997 in Mallorca, the Company built itself up to be one of the best and most respected Charter Companies in the Balearics. It was decided in 2007 to sell the business at the height of the boom to spend more time with her small children, however after the demise of this company and many more on the island due to the matriculation tax and the recession, Tracey decided in 2010 to start another Charter Company through pressure of many old owners and clients who just could not get the boats or the service that they were used to so hence Lifestyle Charters was born. During the last years Lifestyle has grown from two boats to 15 managed boats. Tracey prides herself on giving a first class service to all of her clients whether these are long standing or new. Her professionalism and organisation skills really do exceed her level of experience in one of Mallorca´s most important sectors ie: yachting industry. Lifestyle Charters is now one of the top charter companies within the South/West of the island and this is due to Tracey´s excellent work ethic and the service she provides.
Pierce Furness / Head of Guardiennage
Pierce has been brought up around boats as his father is a Captain and his mother had her own Charter Company.
Whist studying he has also obtained his STCW 95, RYA Level 2 and PWC and is now working for Lifestyle charters, cleaning and preparing the boats for charter. He is working towards becoming a Captain/Engineer after completing his A Levels.
Pierce enjoys working with the crew of Lifestyle and even gets to be Deckhand to the likes of Idris Elder. His aim is to take over the business.

Rod Nieva / Cleaning Services Manager
Rod Nieva is the head of the cleaning department of Lifestyle Charters.
He is a dedicated hard worker and team leader and manages our team of specialist cleaning staff to ensure that every boat is pristine for your stay.
